I've been a loyal customer for 3 years…
I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now and lve never been so disappointed with a company. I got an upgrade and the engineer that came out left the socket on the wall loose and wires coming out the side of them. I have 2 kids. An autistic one that's 8 and a 4 years old child. This is health and safety of my kids and l have not heard nothing for 2 weeks now. Can't wait to have my contract over with yous absolutely a disgrace

If you want a response from TalkTalk, leave them.
After 3 weeks, 30 emails and 3 incomprehensible phone calls we received a response in a couple of hours. That was a response to our leaving them, bit too late. I wish that we could have had one of those 5* TalkTalk employees and service but we got the 1* . Why would you lose a customer of 9 years? A shortfall in the equipment provided in the agreement and an inability to
communicate effectively, as well as lacking any proactive mechanism in dealing with customer service. The promised call back within 3 working days never materialised. You cannot say we gave you no chance!

Worst customer service ever!!
Worst customer service ever!!! Give you a booking reference number take all you details and then on day of supposed installation nobody can locate your details or order and apparently the booking reference they gave you means absolutely nothing and they will keep passing you between departments so they don’t have to deal with you.

IF ANYONE IS CONTEMPLATING JOINING COWBOY TALKTALK THEN PLEASE PLEASE RE THINK THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY DONT LOG THE COMPLAINT AND TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED THEM IM STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK FROM OVER 2 WEEKS AGO HE SHOULD OF CONTACTED ME WITHIN 72HRS HAS FOR THERE AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A JOKE THAT IS!!!! It’s ok you leaving messages after I’ve left a review to try to make out you care YOU DO NOT CARE!! TALKTALK GET A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME OR FACE LEGAL ACTION FROM MYSELF THEY CAN CONTACT ME ON THE MOBILE NUMBER WHICH HAVE ATTACHED YO MY ACCOUNT! Do not join talktalk you will be severely DISSAPOINTED!!!

For almost 10 days my internet is down…
For almost 10 days my internet is down and every day I have to ask TalkTalk what’s going and they keep saying “tomorrow” without bothering to update me again, overall a pathetic service provider with no communication and work ethics and almost non existent customer care

They are really rude and professional…
They are really rude and professional in stealing your money by hidden charges I had a contract with them for 18 months fixed contract unfortunately after two months they put up the price by 9% which unacceptable and again after 8 months they put up the price again by 9% honestly don't know what to do with them.

Talk talk has left me with broken Internet for days. Costing me money on my phone top up, plus loss of earnings as I do my stuff online. What a joke

Poor customer service experience
Poor customer service experience. Took about 5 times of phoning to get through to the right team. Before this Was cut off, transferred to the wrong team, either not called back or called back not at the arranged time.
Very frustrated.
When I finally spoke to the right person they sounded annoyed by my explaining my poor experience so far. They were unable to provide the phone/broadband service I wanted.
Found other providers much easier to contact and offered better service.
Would not recommend

about the reward voucher
Had a very useful conversation about the voucher for a new client I am supposed to receive in 90 days after activation.
Hopefully they will bot forget about that by then, the chap on the phone was very nice and he spent a lot of time to explain and check my eligibility for the voucher.
A positive opinion.
